| Sales Manager, Yorkshire, Motor Trade Jobs 5.5 Day Week on Rota £45k OTE + + Company Car Our client a Vauxhall Main Dealer in Yorkshire is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager with recent or current Vauxhall main dealer experience to join their sales team. The successful applicant will be able to demostrate the ability to: Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction Motivate and manage the Car Sales Team Understand the different needs of the Retail New and Used Sales and Fleet Sales Team and support them to achieve their objectives Work in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness Manage the team in a hands-on style Applicants must be process driven with excellent presentation skills. Vauxhall Sales management experience is essential for this role however my client may also consider an experienced Sales Controller with Vauxhall brand experience for the role.
