James Gilchrist joined Perfect Placement in 2008 as the Area Manager for the South West of England. His area stretches from Bristol to Lands End encompassing South Wales and has developed excellent relationships with the key personnel for all of the dealer groups across his region from the large PLC's to the smaller family run independents. His knowledge gained from his previous career within the franchised dealer network has served him well and given him a helping hand in his recruiting techniques.

Outside of work James explores his real passion which is photography and can often be found rambling with friends, exploring the countryside capturing the beauty of the local area with his trusty camera.
